TaDa! Catering offers the best full service tour/music festival catering in the business regardless of budget. This is not typical backstage catering. This is made-from-scratch
restaurant quality food at a rock show! Our tour catering, dressing rooms and
backstage V.I.P. hospitality are handled with the same quality and attention to detail
that we apply to our most elite fine-dining clientele in Los Angeles.
Mobile Kitchen
We are equipped to handle smaller tours with road case kitchens feeding a few
hundred people or huge tours/music festivals/events cooking thousands of meals per
day anywhere in the country with our custom designed 53' mobile kitchen. If your
venue lacks a kitchen we can even prepare the food off-site and deliver it to the show.
Vegan/Vegetarian Food
Any and all dietary requirements are no problem. We pride ourselves on the quality
and diversity of our Vegan/Vegetarian food. It's never just an afterthought and it's never
tofu, tofu, tofu. We make from-scratch protein substitutes matched to the rest of the

Earth Friendly
We are well aware of the impact a tour has on the environment and for years have
been implementing environmentally friendly practices into our tours. We do everything
possible to minimize that impact, from recycling programs & biodiesel usage, to
donating used fryer shortening to power alternative fuel vehicles. TaDa! uses real
plates & tableware whenever possible and Earth-friendly bio-degradable disposable
products when implementing re-usable products isn't feasible.
